On September 19th, 2019 we received this certificate confirming that Volex has been registered with Companies House for 100 years.
The Volex of today can trace its history back to 1892 when James H. Ward and Meyer H. Goldstone formed the Company Ward & Goldstone Ltd. It was not until 1919 that our former colleagues took the step to become registered with Companies House.
Companies House is the UK’s registrar for companies and its own history dates back to 1844.
All forms of companies (as defined under the UK’s Companies Act 2006) are incorporated and registered with Companies House.
